An all-inclusive healing sanctuary
to restore, reset, and rejuvenate.
Friday March 14- Sunday March 16
Haven in the Hills offers a serene and cozy cabin sanctuary, cultivating an environment of tranquility and mindfulness as we exit winter and prepare for spring. The retreat serves as a nervous system reset and an invitation to a lifestyle of holistic wellness by offering 4 network spinal chiropractic adjustments as well as a blend of therapeutic activities such as yoga, lymphatic massage, and nature immersion.
The retreat's overarching goal is to empower participants with tools and techniques they can integrate into their daily lives, fostering long-term resilience, mental clarity, and emotional stability.
These practices are designed to alleviate stress, reduce anxiety, and restore balance within the nervous system, ultimately leading to a rejuvenated state of being.
